The Japanese brand Buzz Rickson's are today counted among the few high-end reproduction manufacturers of military and casual garments in the world. This vest was worn by deck crew in the 1940s. Soldiers on deck exposed to the frigid winds wore this vest as a layered vest to protect themselves from the cold. This vest is an original from Buzz Rickson's that can be worn reversibly, so you can wear it over a thin jacket or leather jacket to keep warm and enjoy your thinner jackets during colder seasons. Both sides comes with two front pockets lined with a sturdy cotton corduroy fabric.
